With over 22 years of operational experience and expertise, Krishea worked her way from being a multi-unit Curves franchise owner all the way to the top of the organization through dynamic roles of increasing responsibility: Mentor, Area Director, Director of Operations & Business Support, Senior Director, Country Manager for Australia and New Zealand, Vice President and now President and CEO of Curves North America and Oceania. As an active Curves member herself, she understands the consumer needs and focus areas most important to women today. Krishea continuously strives to innovate products and programs for continuous engagement and success of women in the Curves community. As a former franchisee and successful business owner, she understands the tools and support franchisees need to build and grow their business.
